Coconut Margarita - prep time: 15 minutes

Designed as a stylish seaside bungalow, Villa Amaite combines clean lines and local materials that effortlessly blends with the palm-tree tropical setting. Its cozy wooden bar features a full open view of the bay while shaking and stirring your favorite cocktails. That’s why we can’t think of any other drink than the coconut based margarita, which gives the traditional one a rustic Caribbean twist. First you will need to freeze a mixture of coconut water and coconut cream, once this step is completed the fun can begin! Rim your margarita glass with lime juice, salt and shredded coconut –as a complete optional but great recommendation– take the glasses to the freezer at least 10 minutes before filling; you know, to keep them chilled for much longer!

To make the coconut margaritas, grab your previously frozen coconut ice cubes and put them in the blender, pour ½  cup of tequila, ⅓ freshly-squeezed lime juice, sweetener of choice –agave syrup is recommended for this recipe– pulse until combined; make a flavor test and if the consistency is not slushy enough, you may add more ice cubes.

Garnish with some more shredded coconut and a tiny flower, to keep it aesthetic.

Casa Don Rey

Caribbean trendy vibes – prep time 5 minutes

With a one of a kind party-vibes ambience, Casa Don Rey becomes the perfect spot to enjoy this vodka and Blue Curacao based drink will bring to life all your fashion senses. As a fun fact, this drink only requires three main ingredients, and you can serve it in a family portion jar to enhance the chic Eastern-inpired lounge! First, let’s fill the jar with ice cubes –wouldn't it be so beautiful if you take this to another aesthetic level and freeze some edible flowers in the ice cubes?– squeeze about 10 fresh lemons and 5 limes to make the perfect citrus juice and pour into the jar. Add 2 oz of Curacao and 1 oz of vodka, usea a drink stirred to mix the ingredients, add your sweetener of choice and finish with water, you may also try it with sparkling to give it a bubbly twist! Garnish with some cherries and enjoy!
