One of the most unique features of the lavish Beach House is its freshwater swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the beach. You can swim here all day and even alternate from pool to ocean to lounge chair or just relax in the sun and work on your tan (or maybe recover from the night before!). If you’re still up or you happen to be an early riser, there is really nothing more beautiful than catching a sunrise from the Beach House. At night, it is spectacular too. You can see glistening lights of Cozumel island from your patio or while sitting on the sand in front of you on “the Playa del Carmen side.”  The Beach House’s oceanfront patio does not disappoint. It’s also spacious enough to host a barbecue or cocktail party and whoop it up in celebration of something or for no special reason at all. How about celebrate you just because you can!

While living it up in style and enjoying your beach as your backyard, let’s not forget you have a private staff at the Beach House that’s passionate about their job – to be of service to you so you can kick your feet up and relax. And guess what? This includes a private masseuse. Can it get any better than a recovery day of massages or something for after that long day trip or excursion you’ve just returned from. There is truly nothing better than getting a massage while listening to the sounds of the ocean. It’s the pinnacle of relaxation. This is your dream vacation and your time so why not do it your way in the utmost comfort and lavish style.

The other great thing about this luxury villa are that you’re very close to the ferry dock where boats await to take you on a day trip from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel Island. Cozumel is a fantastic scuba and snorkel location.

If you forgot to put something in your suitcase or maybe you’re throwing a white party and have nothing white, you’re very near to Paseo del Carmen outdoor shopping area. This quaint spot has a nice mixture of higher end shops, more comfortable, beachier clothing options like an Old Navy, souvenir shops, indoor/outdoor restaurants and more – oh and have we mentioned a Starbucks? Yep, you can get your caffeine fix very easily in the event you need more perking up over your trip.

And of course let’s not forget you are still nearby many other day trip options such as the Mayan Ruins of Tulum, Cobá, and Chichen Itza. There are plenty of scuba and snorkel options with a range of cenotes in the area as well as Cozumel. If it’s the season you can swim with whale sharks or bull sharks or see sea turtles emerge from the water to lay their eggs. The X-parks are pretty wonderful places as well with a mix of activities from adventure to natural eco-park experiences and water activity. Best of all, the famous Fifth Avenue is literally a walk away as well. Lined for blocks and blocks with shops, restaurants, bard, nightclubs, day clubs, cafes, shops and more.

This is the description of a fun luxury getaway. Are you ready? The Beach House awaits you.
